Why we started
Arcify began with a simple frustration: running a small business means stitching together a booking tool, an invoicing app, a spreadsheet for staff, another for stock, and an inbox for everything else. Nothing talks to anything, and the owner becomes the integration.
So we built the opposite. Nine apps that sit on one shared core — the same customers, staff, calendar and ledger — under a single login and a single bill. Turn on what you need, and everything just connects.
We're a small, independent team who have run small businesses ourselves. That's who we build for, and that's the only audience we answer to.
